FAQs
I have zero rhythm and two left feet. Can I join?
Yes. In fact, you are exactly who we built this for. This is not about being on beat; it’s about being in your body. There is no choreography to learn. No one is watching you. If you can stomp your foot, you can do this.
What exactly is the "M.O.V.E." Protocol?
It is a 4-phase sequence we use in every session to shift men from "The Boardroom" (stuck in their heads) into their bodies:
M — Mobilize: We establish safety in the body by slowly mobilizing the body.
O — Oscillate: We introduce rhythm and movement to sync the group brain.
V — Vitalize: We increase velocity and use breath to access high-output states.
E — Engage: We integrate the energy and connect with the community.
Why is it men only?
To turn off the 'Peacocking' instinct. When women are in the room, men biologically shift into "performance mode"—we posture, we try to impress, or we shut down to avoid looking foolish. We remove that variable so you can do the internal work without the distraction of the mating dance.
Is this a ‘spiritual/woo-woo’ thing?
No. We focus on biology, not crystals. We use movement to hack the nervous system. While many men find the experience spiritual or cathartic, we speak the language of high-performance, physiology, and mental health.
What is the music like?
No Top 40. No Pop. No Cheesy Lyrics. We curate sets designed for a cinematic journey that spans a wide range of genres designed for a journey. Think: Deep House, Tribal Bass, Cinematic Scores, and Heavy Drums.
What should I wear?
Come ready to move! We recommend athletic wear. T-shirt and shorts/sweats. You will sweat. A lot. We recommend barefoot or socks, but indoor training shoes are permitted if you have injuries.
Is there alcohol or drugs?
Zero. The container is substance-free. We are here to heighten our senses, not dull them.
I’m gay/straight/bi — Is this space for me?
This is a space for men. Your orientation is irrelevant, but the space is non-sexual. We are building brotherhood, camaraderie, and somatic release. If you identify as a man and you’re ready to do the work, you are welcome in the circle.
