If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. MEDICAL & HEALTH DISCLAIMER (READ CAREFULLY)

We are not doctors or therapists. The services provided by Men Don’t Dance (MDD), including somatic movement events, workshops, and digital content, are for educational, recreational, and self-development purposes only.

• Not Medical Advice: Nothing on this Site or in our sessions should be considered medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• Physical Exertion: Our events involve high-intensity physical movement. By participating, you represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your participation.

• Consult a Professional: You should consult a physician before starting this or any other fitness program. If you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath at any time, stop immediately and consult a doctor.

3. ELIGIBILITY & THE "CONTAINER"

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or attend our events.

• Men’s Container: Our physical events are specifically designed as a safe space for male-identifying individuals to process emotion and move freely. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone to maintain the integrity and safety of this specific container.

4. ACCOUNTS & MEMBERSHIPS

To access certain features (booking classes, membership portals), you may be required to create an account.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Truthfulness: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

5. PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, & REFUNDS

• Pricing: Prices for drop-in classes and memberships are listed on the Site and are subject to change.

• Memberships: If you sign up for a recurring membership (e.g., "The Tribe"), you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings or by emailing [Your Email]. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.

• Refunds:

• Memberships: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused memberships.

• Events/Drop-ins: All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person or request a credit for a future event, provided you notify us 24 hours in advance.

6. CODE OF CONDUCT

By attending an MDD event or using our community features, you agree to our Code of Conduct. Violation of these rules may result in immediate expulsion without refund and a ban from future events.

1. Zero Tolerance for Harassment: We do not tolerate harassment, bullying, or discrimination of any kind.

2. No Alcohol/Drugs: Our events are strictly substance-free. Arriving intoxicated is grounds for removal.

3. Privacy: You agree not to photograph, video, or record other participants during events. What happens in the container stays in the container.

4. Consent: Physical contact requires clear, non-verbal or verbal consent.

7. ASSUMPTION OF RISK & LIABILITY WAIVER

While this ToS governs the use of the Site, attendance at physical events requires the signing of a separate Liability Waiver. However, by purchasing a ticket through this Site, you acknowledge that:

• Participation in movement activities carries inherent risks of physical injury.

• You voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, MDD Movement LLC and its affiliates, facilitators, and venue owners shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising out of your participation.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content on this Site, including the text, graphics, logos (including the "MDD" and "Men Don't Dance" marks), and video content, is the property of MDD Movement LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without express written permission.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
